Obituary for Edward J. Hamel
Edward J Hamel 57 of Wrentham MA passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday September 11, 2022.
Edward was born in Tennessee to Larry and Roberta Hamel. Edward grew up in Walpole MA and graduated from Tri-County in Franklin. He has worked many different jobs but by early 2005 he worked hard to open his own company Malibu Pool Service, where he had many loyal customers.
The love of Edward’s life was his beautiful daughter Dakota (Kota). Edward loved Harleys, going 4-wheeling, camping trips and especially carnivals. He also enjoyed trying new things like raising bees and chickens. Edward liked to travel and had lots of fun trips to Disney with his family. He taught Dakota archery, cribbage, how to close a pool, how to make shepherd’s pie and many other things.
He leaves behind his wife Lisa, daughter Dakota, sister Rosemary (Hamel) Lane and her husband James, nephew Joseph and niece Lexi. He also leaves behind his buddy Oscar the cat and many family and friends.
