Obituary for Eleanor B "Ellie" Seiler (Bachman)
Seiler, Eleanor B. (Ellie) of Medfield, MA passed away peacefully on August 31, 2022 at AccentCare Hospice Home in Milton, MA at the age of 102.
Ellie was an authentic “Rosie the Riveter” during WWII, a dental assistant, and was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary VFW Post 2619 in Roseland, NJ. She always had her hands in the earth’s soil, being a true nature lover. Ellie was the first female in the state of NJ to register a motorcycle which her dad helped her learn how to ride.
Ellie is predeceased by her parents Robert and Bertha Bachman and her beloved husband Robert E. Seiler, a WWII Veteran. Loving mother of Sandra Elea Rubin of West Orange, NJ, Robert Seiler of Long Valley, NJ and wife Marianne, and Jill Seiler-Moon of Medfield, MA and husband John. Sister of the late Roberta Schwartz, Grandmother to Danielle Rafaelle Confalone Seiler of Philadelphia, PA and husband Dylan, Robert Peter Seiler of Long Valley, NJ, Evan Robert Moon of Medfield, MA and wife Kaitlyn, Cameron Elea Moon of Philadelphia, PA and husband Matthew, and Great Grandmother to Jordan Grace Moon of Medfield, MA.

in life cannot be purchased with money, that it's the love in your heart to be shared that matters most. Family plans a private burial and asks that you plant a tree in Ellie’s honor.
