George (Buddy) A. Fisher Jr. 84, lifelong resident of Millis passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019 in Oak Knoll Healthcare Center, Framingham.

Bud was born in 1934 in Framingham, MA as the son of the late George A. and Theresa E. (Kannally).
Bud made his career as a mechanic working for Cliquot Club Company, Cott, Walpole Bottling and finally retiring from Coca-Cola. Bud was very good with his hands and could make or fix anything!
After retirement Bud enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, fixing up old lawnmowers and helping out on his friend’s farm. Since a young age Bud was an avid hunter, both rifle and bow & arrow, and enjoyed hunting every deer season well into his seventies. Bud’s pride and joy was his family and would do anything he could for them.

Bud is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Marlene (Burns),four daughters, Marlene “Terri” Pearson and her husband Brantonof Framingham, Deborah Barneke and her husband Robert of Norwood, Sherrill“Sissy” Plotegher of Danforth, ME and Georgia Sanborn and her husband Scot of Millis. He is also survived by his sister Joyce E. Fisher. Bud was predeceased by his brother Robert L. Fisher and his son in law Joseph E.E. Plotegher. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
