John Marshall Chick, of Westford, MA, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in his sleep Wednesday April 6 in the home he shared with the love of his life, Noreen.
John was born and raised in Medfield, MA. Son of late Robert and Eleanor Chick, brother of late Cindy and Shirley Chick.
John is survived by his devoted wife, Noreen, step- children, Luke, Jerry, and Victoria, granddaughter, Savanah, and cousins Frank and Patty.
John’s time was most enjoyed being spent with his wife and family. He had a deep love for the ocean and enjoyed the warm weather. John was known as a “Mr. Fix It” for his ability to help anyone fix anything. He proudly served in the US Navy and will leave behind a 102 year family tradition of setting American flags within the Medfield Cemetery every Memorial Day.
Having John in your life meant that you had a strong shoulder to lean on and a genuine heart to cherish. He forever changed the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
An interment service will be celebrated at Vine Lake Cemetery, 625 Main St., Medfield, MA 02052 on Saturday April 23, 2022, 10:00 AM
