Very sorry for your loss. I knew John when I was at Sun Life, and we'd chat when we ran into each other around town, at MHS theatre events, etc. Nice guy, family guy, and bright guy.

I first met John as a Freshman at Holy Cross College back in 1975. Forty six years. We enjoyed many great times together at the Cross. He invited me to visit at his parents place down the Cape. John lived in Manhattan for a few years after College, and I was happy to reciprocate an invite him to my parents place out on LI. My mom still has the beautiful glass vase that John thoughtfully brought as a gift. I got to meet Veronica a few times and was pleased to be invited to their wedding. A great Day! Our lives got busy and we exchanged Christmas cards to catch up on the families. He was so proud of his children. I have fond memories of time spent with John and I am saddened at his passing. My condolences to you, Veronica, and your family. He will be missed. Love, Mike Finnegan
