Of Millis, died on the evening of February 26, 2021. He was 97 years old. Joe was the beloved husband of the late Mary T. LeBlanc who we lost in 2017, and the devoted father of Denise A. Giardini and Keith L. LeBlanc both of Millis. He is also survived by two grandchildren Michelle Coscia (Michael) of Franklin, MA and Greg Giardini of Franklin, MA, as well as two great grandchildren Paul and Adam Coscia.

He enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of seventeen during WWII. He was honorably discharged after his tenure. While in the Navy he was educated as a steam engineer, and spent his career as such. His employment consisted of General Dynamics (twenty years) and Foxboro Company.

He started a family with his bride Mary in Dorchester MA, and later moved everyone to Millis MA. At their new home Joe raised ducks and chickens.

Joe had a great love for his family, country, and his community. At 97 he never gave up. May he have peace now that he is reunited with Mary. Their love and lessons will stay with us all.
