Judith Ann (Fowler) Sloan of Matthews, NC, formerly of Medfield passed away on June 24, 2020. She was born in Medfield on October 31, 1957 to Clarence Spencer Fowler and Margaret (McPherson) Parks. She was a 1975 graduate of Medfield High School, and spent most of her career managing a printing company in Needham, MA before moving to NC.

Family and close friends were very important to Judy. She always looked forward to the next birthday or holiday, and a chance to plan for it. There wasn’t a friend or family member’s birthday or anniversary that went unnoticed, commemorating the event with a timely greeting card. Judy always put a positive spin on life, and could make you laugh when it was needed the most. Always putting the needs of others before herself, she often sacrificed her own health to meet someone else’s needs. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

Judy is survived by her sister, Joan Davis of FL, her brother, J. Michael Fowler of VA, her stepfather Alfred C Parks of NC, several nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents, Margaret Parks and Clarence Fowler, her aunt, Dorothy Ralto and maternal grandmother, Agnes Hickey.
