Obituary for Louise Vieira (Jeannetti)

Louise (Jeannetti) Vieira, age 76, of Medfield, formerly of Hyde Park, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her children after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, November 11, 2022.

Born in Boston, MA on November 21, 1945, she was the cherished daughter of the late Comillo and Philomena (Carveale) Jeannetti.

Beloved and devoted mother of Armando “Buck” III and his wife Kristin of Norfolk, Kristen and her husband Ricardo of Whitinsville, Daniel and his fiancé Linda of Medway, and Cheryl of Medfield. Loving Nana of Ryan, Kenzie, Aidan, Nickolas, Lillian, and Addison. Caring sister of Carmella Whooten, Antoinette Burke, Carol Hannon, Robert Jeannetti, Linda Slaney, Diane Jeannetti, Christine Keefe, Anthony Jeannetti and the late Mary Bonanno, Frances DiCarlo, Susan, Louis, Richard, Paul, Alfred, Joseph and Vincent Jeannetti. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Louise was an avid lover of music and enjoyed singing and performing for her family and friends at family functions. She was the life of the party and would never shy away from a chance to put on a costume or wig and grab the microphone. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, working in the yard, playing cards, scrabble, watching the Patriots, SVU, Yellowstone and Family Feud.

Louise was adored and loved by many who knew her, regardless of how long the time frame. Her door at Oak Street was always open to everyone where you could always get a cup of coffee, a goody, some motherly advice or just shoot the breeze. If you were to ask her what her biggest accomplishment was, she would undoubtedly say her children. She took great pride in being the best mom she could be. She was a second mother to many, especially her children’s friends that she affectionately called her “adopted children” and they knew and loved her as “Mrs. V”.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 17th, from 4-8pm at the Roberts Mitchell Caruso Funeral Home, 15 Miller Street, Medfield. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Edwards Church, 133 Spring Street, Medfield will be held on Friday November 18th at 10am. Interment at Vine Lake Cemetery will follow.
