Dear Peter and family,

Your mom was a volunteer in my Grade Three classroom at Wheelock School for several years. She was exceptional with the children, always patient and supportive. I treasured her friendship and valued her assistance and her wonderful sense of humor. She spoke of your dad and her Peter and your family in such a loving way. I'm very sorry I did not know of her illness and passing. I last saw her at La Coupe Unique where we were both getting haircuts. It was a wonderful reunion!
With sympathy,
Jan Interrante

Peter,
With sincere sympathy to you and your family in the loss of your mom who was a fixture in the town of Medfield for so many years. In addition to being a thoughtful teacher and active citizen in town, Mrs. Sturtevant (she insisted I call her Lucile- I couldn't ) was a valuable long term member and role model in the Medfield League of Women Voters. May Mrs. Sturtevant rest in peace and comfort forever.

God Bless, Eileen DeSorgher
