Obituary for Paul R Roy

Paul Roy, age 68,of WestportMA, formerly of Medfield, passed away on March 14, 2021 surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Fall River on May 14, 1952 to the late Lucille C. (Theriault) and Lucien J. Roy. He leaves his beloved wife of 38 years, Charlotte Palmer Roy. Paul also leaves two precious children, Colby Roy and his wife Jennifer (Curran) of Medway, Ashley Roy and her partner Jared Bowden of Medford and a brother Ronald Roy and wife Marion of Fall River.

Paul loved spending his time with family and friends, playing golf, relaxing at the beach and carving fine feathered birds. He was an avid guitar player and left us with a wonderful grouping of songs on “An Evening with Paul Roy”.

Paul was a graduate of Monsignor Prevost High School class of 1970 and Northeastern University. He worked as an imaging technologist caring for many patients during his career at St. Anne’s, Faulkner, Mass General and Newton-Wellesley Hospitals.
Visiting hours will be at the Roberts Mitchell Caruso Funeral Home, 15 Miller Street, Medfield from 4 –8 PM on Thursday March18. A funeral mass will be held in St. John The Baptist Church, 945 Main Road, Westport at 10:30 AM on Friday March 19 where Paul and Charlotte were married, followed by internment at Beech Grove Cemetery in Westport.
