Sean Patrick Caulfield passed away unexpectedly from meningitis at his home in Gourock, Scotland on May 23, 2019. He was 47 years old. Sean worked as a Dementia Advisor for Alzheimer’s Scotland.

He is survived by his parents Michael and Sheila of Millis, his siblings Michelle Mele of Medway, Thomas and Becky (Zinn) of Eden Prairie Minnesota, Mark and Denise (Trubiano) of Millis, and Brendan of Franklin. He was a loving Uncle to his niece Riley and nephews Anthony, Cameron, Owen, Myles, Caleb, and Jacob.

Sean was a graduate of Millis High School, and the University of Massachusetts. He received his Ed.M. in Arts in Education from Harvard University's Graduate School of Education.

Sean was dedicated to improving the lives of people with Alzheimer’s and their families throughout the world through the foundation he co-founded, ARTZ-Artists for Alzheimer’s.

Sean will always be remembered for his creativity and sense of humor.

A Funeral Mass will be held Sunday June 16 at 2pm at St. Thomas Parish, 82 Exchange Street, Millis.
Reception immediately following at the Amvets, 404 Village Street, Millis.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Town of Millis Council on Aging, 900 Main Street, Millis.
